At Nobile, we continue investing in technology to optimize our processes.

As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we have introduced a new automated packaging system for our technical coating rolls. This investment represents a significant advancement in our operations, allowing us to improve production efficiency, enhance the presentation of each product, and provide greater protection during storage and transportation.

The first stage of this project replaces manual paper packaging with an automated heat-shrink film system. Now, each roll comes directly off the production line fully packaged, with a uniform, durable, and high-quality finish. This new process provides greater protection against dust, moisture, and handling, while also delivering a cleaner, more professional presentation with every shipment.

This implementation also includes a second stage of automation. Soon, we will introduce a robotic arm that will collect the rolls once they have been packaged and automatically arrange them onto shipping pallets. This will increase order preparation speed, optimize our internal logistics, and enhance operational safety, further consolidating an increasingly efficient production process.
